Our promise at Lemery Games is to bring you games that are genuine, versatile and fun. However, our ultimate goal is for every backer, family, and tabletop enthusiast out there to have 100% satisfaction. We do recognize that this isn't always possible due to various circumstances. Therefore we offer the following:
REFUNDS:
In the unfortunate event thatΒ the item(s) you orderedΒ do not arrive or arrive damaged, we reserve the right to grant a refund.Β To start the refund process, shoot us an email at hello@lemerygames.com and we'll sort it out for you.Β Β
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lemerygames.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For returns, shipping charges may apply.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your game box arrives damaged, we will be able to exchange it for the same product. Please reach out to our team and we'll make it happen.
